Oakwood Chalets

Two self catering Scandinavian style chalets set at the edge of an oakwood just to the south of Ardgay village. Peaceful location with varied bird and wildlife. Any part of the northern highlands can be visited within a day.

Ardgay is a small village with general store/cafe selling all the everyday necessities required for your self catering holiday. There is a railway station with ample parking should you wish to explore the highlands by train.

The cathedral town of Dornoch with varied shops and beautiful beach is 14 miles to the east.

Loch or sea fishing, golf course, cycle tracks and forest walks all nearby.

The two chalets are set at the edge of an oakwood just to the south of Ardgay.

Golf, fishing and hill walking are all within easy reach and this is an ideal location if you wish to tour the Northern Highlands or NC500, any part of which is within a day's outing.

The Cathedral town of Dornoch with its famous golf course and sandy beaches is 15 miles away.
